All Returns are resolved via email:

Please include the following information in you email:

1- Invoice #
2- Your first & last name
3- Item(s) you would like to return
4- The reason for the return - Specify return, damaged or defective
5- Submit the email to us
6- Wait for a response with a return authorization number

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Your $9.95 membership fee is billed each month to the credit card you supplied at signup. The membership is month to month and can be cancelled at any time with an e-mail request to support@bmxtvdirect.com. Your membership will then expire during the end of the current month's billing cycle. We keep your User ID on file in our database and you can renew your membership at any time by signing in on the Members Page and renewing your membership. You may also renew your membership by contacting us at the following e-mail address: support@bmxtvdirect.com
